Just want to inform you that here is top service. I bought a car there week 15 from the seller Sindre Solend, when I got home I went through the car thoroughly discovered something that I was not happy with. I then called and spoke to Sindre and told her that I wanted to cancel the purchase. And there the service came forward, Sindre proceeded in a neat and professional manner and that we will sort this out. So I can safely recommend this company. The car was checked for faults, it took 10 minutes, but they demanded payment for the whole hour. Do not recommend!!!

Great service. Had a very good experience with my 2020 Hyundai on my 2year EU aproval service. Had some minor break parts replaced and the price was fair. See no reason to change workshop for my car anytime soon.

Hi. This I can say the people who’s working there they are nice and heppfull in the beginning but after… The problem concerns hide defects. After buying the using car, it turned out that the brake pump pipe and the pump are damaged(I did not have breaks if I drive in haway with speed I could be already ded). Pipe was glued and taped tape. The dealer removed the fault. When I bought car, they informed me that the car was operational and had fresh Eu control. The brake discs and pads were replaced. As it turned out, they were not in the front. When I was replacing the tires at the mechanic, he found a bigger problem: the discs and pads in the front were not replaced and the car should not pass Eu. After careful inspection, it turned out that there are more faults: the left and right stabilizer rod ends as well as the stabilizer links are to be replaced.The joint covers are also damaged. The mechanic stated that the vehicle I bought had these defects, which after a short time from the buying and using car began to be heard in the steering system (knocking). I use the car for short distances not every day and I did not drive with speeds more than 90 km/h. When I can driving more 100 km/h( isn’t often) the car is not stable, it is clearly felt on the steering wheel. I reported these issues. The only thing they offered me was the replacement of brake discs and pads, for which I paid 1000nok, they covered the rest of the costs, agreeing that they did not inform me about that I need to replace them in not long time. The contract states that the car is operational and has no problems. I think I was deceived at all from the very beginning. Brakes inoperative, broken cable to the master cylinder and pump failure. When I ask about brake disck I hear this was made (2 person was with me when I buy car so 3 people here the same). The dealer don’t whant to remove the rest of the defects as part of the complaint and hidden defects. They proposed to remove the faults but I need to pay a lot of money for me. Contract it’s a obligation for both side and if was something too make or replace in the car I should know before I sing contract. I believe on word it’s evrything OK. Now I have very expensive lesson. Don’t buy before you don’t checked with outside control workshop!!!!
